6. Wiring for iris
First, use a drywall saw to cut a small rectangular hole in the wall where you would like the iris switch to be located.

Twist the wires for the iris onto the end of a fish tape and then pull it up through the wall. Install the electrical box, attach the wires to the switch, and then attach the cover plate assembly to the wall with screws.

| When the switch is rocked, the iris opens and closes, controlling the amount of sunlight that comes into the room.
