How to Design and Create a Potting Bench

• Ron showed John how to use a jigsaw to cut the opening that was traced from the container.

• They used a small piece of wood on the inside lower edge of the shelf to create a slightly below level edge to hold the plastic tub into place. This lip was also attached in place with the rust resistant screws.

RESULTS:
It didn't take long for John to "move-in" and put his new bench to work. He certainly had plans to get a lot of use out of it. Not only will he be able to use his new bench to make his manicured garden look even more beautiful, but the bench itself in an attractive addition to his landscape!
